About the event
Come join us at our Yoga Retreat and take a break from busy routines. Enter into a state where you can sink into deep relaxation by living blissfully in the present moment surrounded by nature.
Practicing all of the aspects of yoga including silent walks, seated meditation, cleansing pranayama (breath work), powerful asana (posture work), uplifting chanting, and learning philosophy allows you to create the space in your life for positive connection and personal transformation.
You will leave inspired and uplifted to face whatever path you are on. Come along for your own solo adventure, bring a friend, or invite your loved one!
How a day could look like (adjustable depending on the need of the group):
07:30 Silent Morning Walk
10:00 Morning Practice (120 Minutes)
13:00 Lunch - Break, Pool or Massage time
16:30 Evening Practice (120 Minutes)
One year Yoga experience is recommended but not mandatory.
