During week one in "40 days to personal revolution" is all about Presence. As I prepare for the program I ponder upon what it means to me.
When am I most present? What does it mean to be present and how does it feel? To me it is it truly what I teach in Yoga class; It is when I can connect to my physicality and I focus on my breath. It brings the sensation of aliveness to my whole system. It awakens me. In such an intrinsic way that my mind gets sharpened and clear. And from that place am able to connect in the most aware and pure way to my surrounding. Another fascinating sensation appears - the sense of joy. This is my way of becoming awake and getting present. There are many different ways of becoming present. How do YOU get present?
